Posting Updates
Since we do not remove reviews under any circumstance, even at the original author's request, we allow reviewers to post "Official Updates" to their reviews. These updates may be used to add new information to your review, including:
- Details you forgot to mention.
- Responding to questions asked about your review.
- Clarifying parts of your review that may have been confusing.
- Proving your participation to visitors who are suspicious of your review.
- The program issuing you a refund.
- The program making threats regarding the review you posted.
- The program otherwise rectifying your situation.
Again, under no circumstances will a review be removed for appearing to be fake. It is impossible to determine with 100% accuracy if a review is real or not, and attempting such could leave us vulnerable to threats and lawsuits.
How to Post an Update
Click the "Official Update" link in the activation email that was sent to you. If you posted your review before 8/3/2009, please reply to the email that was sent to you and ask for a "Post an Update" link.
