I studied in Paris with CSA....and I highly recommend this company. CSA provides a low cost alternative, and provided me with my confirmation documents quickly. I had a wonderful time at the University of Paris, and earned 15 Semester credits. When you look at all the other Paris program providers, and their high prices, you will be glad to have found CSA. Staff was polite, and very helpfu, and their website is very informative. |
Don't bother with these people. They were rude and actually don't do a thing you can't arrange yourself. This "service" has no phone number to ask questions of, they don't take credit cards, so it is all cash sent by wire and they provide nothing more than sending your application off to the university, which is something you can do all on your own. For your money they send you a letter from the school saying you have been accepted and an address for where you are to go on the first day of classes. They do not provide a meet and greet service at the destination, provide no housing options and don't arrange visas. They gave my son an address for the university housing to arrange his own housing where he waited an hour and was given a piece of paper with 4 numbers and addresses to follow up on in an unfamiliar city. He's still wandering around looking for a place to stay. CSA was not a service at all -- just an additional level of unpleasant bureacracy. |

CSA was great and saved me money and time. Very convenient service. Why go with the expensive packaged programs ?
CSA is such a better alternative. Staff are friendly and reply promptly by e-mail. E-mail helped me keep records of all communications. Went to China with CSA.....would do it again if I had the time. CSA website is very informative. |

My experience with CSA was very positive. I also went on the Univ. Granada program, and CSA provided a good service to me. I arranged my own housing when I arrived into Granada....which CSA suggested I do....for the housing office there will help me. In Spain, it is typical to wait over an hour for your housing lists....it's not like the USA. If you want someone to "hold your hand" for everything, then go and sign up with the very expensive packaged program companies. With CSA, you save money. Overall, I highly recommend CSA, for they provide a good service. CSA's website is very informative, and staff respond to questions by e-mail very promptly. I gues the person who filed this complaint did not fully understand their responsibilities....and expected things that were not included with CSA. Also, CSA does accept credit cards ! |
