Global Leadership Adventures (GLA)

I had the best time traveling to Guatemala with Global Leadership Adventures! I went to Guatemala for 14 days on the Children of the Maya trip. I learned so many new things about their culture while making an impact on local communities. I would go back in a heartbeat! I loved all the people I met from the others teens on the trip to the staff members! The staff members were so awesome and welcoming and I love the home base, not only that I am still in contact with some of the other girls who went on the trip! I am so glad I was able to go on the trip and I would highly recommend others to travel with Global Leadership Adventures too!

Global Leadership Adventures (GLA)

My daughter traveled to Ecuador and Galapagos the summer of 2017.
She had an amazing trip and now is taking her second GLA trip this spring break 2018. GLA staff was great. I recommend GLA for teens who are independent, spirited and looking for a way to give back to the world.

African Impact

Volunteering in African Impact's Big 5 Wildlife Research and Conservation Program was a phenomenal experience that went beyond all expectations. African Impact is a very professional organization; I felt safe at all times and the logistics and organization were always impeccable. Dumela Lodge is a great place to stay and the food is great (in case you're worried). You will live wonderful experiences, so don't hesitate to book your trip!

Original Volunteers

Visited Morocco with original volunteers. It was my first experience of volunteering and I absolutely loved it and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The volunteer leaders were all so so kind and the house in which we stayed was lovely. We visited orphanages, schools and nursery’s to teach and play with the children (who are the kindest children I’ve ever met). We took games to play, but most of the time they seemed happy enough with your company- a skipping rope was always good fun though. We painted walls in the orphanage too. In our spare time we went quad biking which was amazing and explored the markets and square.
I can’t fault any of it, I only wish I’d stayed longer. An amazing experience!

Global Leadership Adventures (GLA)

The global leadership adventures is a beyond extraordinary program. I am 17 years old in high school and I wanted to go out and do something new I came upon the program as a basic ad lurking on social medias. I spent hours roaming their website from looking to videos, blogs, and pictures. I decided to enroll into the beachside service program in Costa Rica, Global leadership adventures helped step by step they even had checklist for me ! This team made my experience breath taking, I met people from all over the world, learned to be more independent, and I even keep in contact with my mentor. If anyone is looking to travel abroad I would highly recommend global leadership adventures. The trip impacted my life in so many ways I see the world differently I interact with people differently even myself I learned to be more open and willing in many situations. On GLA trips they make you feel like your at home!
